Application chicko

Hey guys,
I need your help. There is this player "chicko" and he keeps bothering me to join. He only has 6k prestige which is way to low but I asked him about his history (because his name seemed familiar) and he won´t answer me. Instead he keeps begging me to join. Please, if any of you remembers him let me know.

I think he was a friend of someone.. name sounds familiar, but i'm not exactly sure. With only 6k prestige i would be leery to let him in. And we don't need another spy lol

he ansrewed my mail and has been invited. he needs to join so randy can send him resources. i think he may have joined previously and quit the game so was kicked.. we will see. we have room atm but not sure he will stay
